Investor360 downloads not working for me still (Quicken Mac)

I see this has been a longstanding issue for others, but it's not working for me. I found Jasmine's procedure for fixing it from some months back but can't get that to work….trying to delete the entries in keychain access doesn't work. What else can i try?

Thank you for letting us know you're encountering an issue. To help troubleshoot this, please provide more information. Are you seeing any error messages or codes? If not, what is happening when you attempt to update with Investor360? Do you have the account set for Simple tracking or Detailed tracking? You can check this by clicking on the account to select it, then navigating to Accounts>Settings… and looking at the Investment Tracking Method section on the Details tab.
If it is set to Simple tracking, backup your Quicken file, then try changing it to Detailed tracking.

That worked! Changed from simple to detailed and it updated without any problem.
