Help->Contact Support->log files tries to lauch a web page and fails. Is there a fix?

I've used this before in a previous version, but now this seems to want to launch "http://qw.exe" which fails
I need the QFX logs to help my bank find a problem.

Thank you for letting us know you're encountering a problem accessing your log files. To work around the issue, try going to Help>Report a Problem.
In the Report a Problem window, it should list the log files and you will see the file names are blue links.
Click on the log file you need, and it should open in your computer's default notepad app.
To troubleshoot the issue with the browser window not wanting to open to let you access the log files through Help>Contact Support>Log Files, do you use a VPN, antivirus, or firewall? If you do, it's possible that one of those programs is blocking the window from being able to open. Try pausing or temporarily disabling any VPN, antivirus, or firewall (aside from the native Windows Defender) you're using, and test to see if that resolves the issue.
