Not able to connect to Rocket Mortgage in Quicken

When I try to setup my Mortgage account with Rocket Mortgage in quicken I get a message about quicken trying to setup the account and check back in a day or two but it never finishes the setup. I know there is a multi-factor authentication step that isnt being triggered on the quicken side. Is online access to Rocket Mortgage no longer supported or is there something else I need to do in order to get the account setup for online access?

This is a known issue, and unfortunately, the last information we received on this is that Quicken Loans has decided to no longer continue support for Online Connectivity with Quicken.
