Why is Quicken Loans (aka Rocket Mortgage) No longer showing up as an option when trying to add an account for Quicken Deluxe for Windows? Like many people on this forum I had been downloading my mortgage transactions from Quicken Loans for many, many years. There was always on again, off again issues but I was always able to get it resolved one way or another. Sometimes the solution was to simply delete the account and then recreate it (which I did a while back). However, I kept getting an error message that communication between the two services could not be established. Something like "it's not you, It's us."
Anyway, now I do not see Quicken Loans or Rocket Mortgage as even an option when trying to "Add Account." Any help would be appreciated!
