Restore from backup

Trying to do a restore from a backup, say please enter valid name. Looks valid to me

    Hmm.. No obvious reason the one in your picture wouldn't work then.

    I guess I should call support. You need to be able to relay on backups.

    I called Support. They said it’s a problem with the software they escalated it to development.

    The file name needs to end in .QDF

    A work around is to open the backup directory and double click on the backup you want. That will launch the backup process
