CC-501 errors across multiple accounts

More than 3/4 of my accounts had CC-501 errors after an attempted 1-step update.

The accounts affected included First Entertainment Credit Union, Shop Your Way Mastercard, Discover, Citibank, Amazon (Synchrony), Chevron (also Sychrony), Comerica Bank, Chase, and American Express.

This is IN ADDITION to the ongoing 3 month Nordstrom Card problem which hasn’t been updated since November 22.

What the heck is going on?

    We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and I understand how frustrating this must be. To better assist you, we’ll need to gather some additional information.

    • When did you first start experiencing these CC-501 errors? Did they all begin at the same time, or have they occurred gradually?
    • Where is your Quicken data file stored—on your local hard drive (C: Drive) or in a cloud-based/external location (e.g.: OneDrive, Dropbox, external USB, etc.)?
    • To help our teams investigate further, please submit your logs by navigating to Help > Report a Problem within Quicken. Be sure to include a brief description of the issue and check the boxes for log files before submitting.

    Let us know once you've sent the logs, and we’ll be happy to look into this further.

    Additionally, regarding the Nordstrom issue, it is still a known issue that has been escalated, and our teams continue to work toward a solution. Unfortunately, we do not have an ETA for resolution at this time.     To better assist you, I’ll still need a bit more information about your specific situation. Could you please answer the first two questions I asked the original poster?

    Additionally, could you provide some of the names of the financial institutions you’re experiencing this issue with? I took the liberty of checking your account and am not seeing any errors internally, so these details will help us narrow down our search in your log files.

    It it working again today. Am not sure what fixed it

    Same issue. Affected FIs: Charles Schwab, Citi Cards, Lowe's Consumer Credit Card, PayPal, Rogue Credit Union, Synchrony Bank, Chase Credit cards, Capital One 360.
