More than 3/4 of my accounts had CC-501 errors after an attempted 1-step update.
The accounts affected included First Entertainment Credit Union, Shop Your Way Mastercard, Discover, Citibank, Amazon (Synchrony), Chevron (also Sychrony), Comerica Bank, Chase, and American Express.
This is IN ADDITION to the ongoing 3 month Nordstrom Card problem which hasn’t been updated since November 22.
What the heck is going on?
