Error CC-501 downloading transactions from Tastyworks

I've downloaded brokerage transactions from Tastyworks for a couple of years now but about 2 weeks ago I started getting Error CC-501. How can I fix this?

I contacted Quicken Support and was told that it was a known issue and to check it every few days but I'm still getting the same CC-501 error. Is there anything else I can do?
