Atlantic Union Bank upgraded their web interface in February 2025. I've been unable to connect using quicken windows desktop since then.
When trying to reset the account, I'm provided an opportunity to enter my credentials as I had to change my password. Quicken reports unable to connect with this password; however, if I use a wrong password on the bank website, that is recorded and shown to me as a security alert. The one from quicken never shows up. That makes me think the connection attempt never even makes it to Atlantic Union.
Is this a known issue? Is it in queue to be worked?
