CC-501 error for Charles Schwab & Co

I'm getting a CC-501 error when attempting to update from Charles Schwab. I don't see any other discussion of this issue.

Hello @wjmcnicoll,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention!
I took the liberty of reviewing your account, but do not see any errors occurring internally, so first, please provide some additional details.
When did you first start experiencing this CC-501 error? Did it begin after any recent updates or changes? Are you able to log in successfully to Charles Schwab’s website without any issues? Is this error occurring for all of your Schwab accounts or only specific ones? Where is your Quicken data file stored? Is it on your local hard drive (C: Drive) or a cloud-based/external drive (e.g., OneDrive, Dropbox, USB, etc.)?
Additionally, could you also submit your log files so we can further investigate? To do this, please navigate to Help > Report a Problem and include “CC-501 with Charles Schwab” in the description.
Check back and let us know! Thank you.
