I tried to do this but I don't have that option. I'm on Windows 11.

Thank you for letting us know you're encountering an issue. The directions were for Quicken for Mac, which is likely why you're not seeing the same options in Quicken for Windows.
To check tracking method in Quicken for Windows (and change it, if needed), navigate to Tools>Account List. Click the Edit button next to the account you need to check. On the General tab, near the lower left, you should see Tracking Method. To be able to see transactions, you would need to have Complete selected.

I was able to do so only after switching my download method from WebConnect to DirectConnect. My balances on Quicken now match the Investor360 website balances. Thanks for your help
