Having trouble downloading transactions from Huntington

I'm having trouble downloading transactions from Huntington Bank website into Quicken on my desktop computer. I'm needing to download 7/31/2024 thru the current date. From the Huntington website I select "download transactions", I select the date range, I select the file format "quicken", I select download. A small window pops up with the option of "open", "save as", or "save". I select open, then nothing happens. Quicken is open and running but the transactions don't show up in my checking register. I've tried saving the file also and then opening the file but still no result.

It sounds like you're having trouble importing transactions from Huntington Bank into Quicken.

First, ensure that your Huntington Bank account is already set up in Quicken and connected using Web Connect or Direct Connect. If it's not set up, you may need to add the account manually before importing transactions. When downloading from the bank’s website, make sure you're selecting the .QFX (Quicken Web Connect) format, as Quicken does not support CSV or other formats for direct import. Instead of selecting "Open" after downloading, try saving the file to your computer, then manually importing it into Quicken by going to File > File Import > Web Connect (.QFX) File and selecting the saved file. Also, check your checking account register in Quicken to see if the transactions are hidden under "Downloaded Transactions" at the bottom of the screen. If the issue persists, try using a different web browser, as some users report problems when downloading from specific browsers.
