RBC MFA connection errors

Original discussion closed, just tried again today and still the same issues reported in my discussion as well as many by @Arctic Hare that @Quicken Jared was looking into.
How do I request a refund on my recent annual bill? This is not worth anything as it does not work with RBC and MFA and I am not turning MFA off on a banking website.

You are correct that there has been no progress on this issue. The way forward is for Quicken to implement EWC+ in Canada. In the meantime, I have opted to revert to using Web Connect, which is inconvenient but reliable. In addition to the serious MFA issues with EWC, there is a secondary issue in that the Posting Dates that are downloaded using EWC are incorrect. Conversely, Web Connect downloads correct posting dates.
