What sort of support would you hope to see? And, why couldn't such contracts be recorded as is they were Single Premium Deferred Annuities, where you pay up front and, maybe, receive a later payout?

OR, as a non-listed Opiton, which you "buy" now and sell later either for the payout or $0 … depending upon whether the event happens?
