How can I configure Quicken classic's "Review downloaded transactions"?

When pending items are downloaded the account gets listed with a link under "Review downloaded transactions" in the To Do column. Once listed I do not know if it's only pending info, or actual items that i can accept. I would love to set a checkbox to stop flagging changes that are pending and only flag things that I can accept so I can stop wasting time looking into accounts for no reason.

    Easiest way is to turn off downloading pending transactions by going to preferences and turning it off.
