I want to clarify that while the alert was closed due to low activity, the issue itself is still active and under investigation by our teams. Closing the alert does not mean the problem has been resolved or dismissed — it simply helps us manage alerts with minimal recent engagement.
Rest assured, our teams are continuing to work on Ticket #11402012/CTP-11531, and we are still actively collaborating with the appropriate parties to address the problem with the BrightDirections 529 College Savings Program showing $0 balances and no activity.
