It has not. Now it's returning FDP-6000.

When checking your account internally we can see you're getting an internal CP_SERVER_ERROR internally as well.
Please take a moment to review this support article which includes error FDP-6000.
As stated at the bottom of the article, if the error persists for more than 24 hours, then you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance and possible escalation if they see fit.

I wonder what connection method you're using? I've had no problems with 5 Amex accounts over two user logins.
I'm set up to use "Quicken Connect" for American Express. What shows up in your Acccount Settings > Downloads tab?
