Still having issues with ncsecu transactions. Double downloading

For years now I've had an issue with quicken classic for Windows downloading the same transactions over and over, everyday. Used to hand pick which ones to accept and which ones to delete. It's usually a handful of new ones, and a whole lot of old ones that you have to delete

I have posted about this in the past, and after going through some processes I was always told it's an ncsecu thing, and quicken can't do anything about it. I'm skeptical.

Is anyone else downloading transactions from ncsecu on quicken classic for Windows and not experiencing the same problem?
