Anyone able to connect to Live Oak Bank this week?

I get this error below; but it doesn't ask me to verify anything. I tried a test QB file to see if my connection was the problem in my main profile but it gives the same error.

I have my connection ID and PIN that Live Oak requires. No clue where to start. Is this error on Quicken side or Live Oak?

Anyone here have a LO account and able to connect this week? (Issue started yesterday)

    To assist further and investigate the specific errors you're experiencing with your Live Oak Bank account(s) and the "It's not your fault." error, could you please submit a problem report directly from within Quicken? This will allow us to securely receive your log files and account-specific details, which are essential for our teams to review the issue more thoroughly.

    To submit a problem report, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to Help in the top menu.
    2. Select Report a Problem.
    3. Fill out the form with a brief description of the issue (mention the error and the trouble reconnecting your account).
    4. Make sure the option to send your log files is checked.
    5. Click Send to Quicken.

    @Quicken Jasmine I have reported this as requested. It had all my log files selected but then said I can only upload 10 files so I removed a few of them. Hopefully not the ones you need.

    Thanks for submitting the logs! I noticed that you attached a screenshot showing an OL-301 error, but your original post mentioned a "Sorry, it's not your fault" error. I’d like to clarify—did you attempt to connect using a different connection method, which may have caused the error to change? Are you trying to connect to a different account or financial institution instance? Or did anything else occur that might have led to this shift in errors?

    @Quicken Jasmine so when I try to connect on my main file with all my accounts I get the 301. When I tried to setup a new connection I get the "its not your fault".

    I recommend reaching out to your bank and speaking with either their online banking department or their third-party aggregators department, as this connection is Direct Connect (DC) only. They will be best equipped to assist you with any issues related to your account connection.

    @Quicken Jasmine so I called them and they had me try connecting and it worked. Of course it did. It had failed 5 times this week and yet it worked when they were on the phone :)
