I’d be happy to look into this for you! Could you provide more details on what specifically is happening when you attempt a One Step Update with PayPal? Are you receiving any error messages or codes, or are transactions simply not downloading?
I also checked internally and do not see this financial institution listed, which typically means the account is not currently connected. Could you confirm if the account is still linked in Quicken, or has it been deactivated?
