Fidelity Investment and Banking accounts missing transactions

Updated to latest release 61.21 and performed a one-step update.
- A Fidelity bank account failed to update. reset account still no update.
- A Fidelity Investment account missing transaction, specifically,
- "Principal Payment Uniform MBS Pool" Bonds ( They were downloaded as Cash Deposits for each bond in previous releases.
Is there a way to roll back to 61.20 until fixed?

Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this problem. Yes, there is a way to roll back to the previous patch. You can do so by making a backup of your file, then following the directions in this article:
That said, I would recommend doing some troubleshooting first. Are you seeing any error messages/codes, or is it just an issue with accounts missing transactions and/or failing to download new transactions? Is Fidelity the only financial institution you're seeing this issue with?
Are you connected to Fidelity using Direct Connect or Express Web Connect+? To check this, please navigate to Tools>Account List. In the Transaction Download column next to the account, it should show if it's connected and what method you're using.
