Transfer between accounts not matching

I'm having a tremendous amount of trouble in Quicken with downloaded transfers between different bank accounts where quicken is not automatically matching the transactions in the registers. For example. I go into my bank and transfer money from the savings account into the checking account. Another example. I setup in my bank to automatically pay my credit card bill from my checking account. Quick downloads them but transfers them into the same account. I have to manually go into quicken and try to match them. It is extremely difficult because the transactions jump around between accounts, or dissappear as I try to match them. Very frustrating
