Where did Ameritrade go?

You switched from Ameritrade to Morgan Stanley, an older account.

Ameritrade was acquired by Schwab in 2020 and Schwab moved all Ameritrade account to Schwab. Morgan Stanley was not involved so I don't understand how that factors in here.

Please provide more details about the issue because what you have stated is giving enough information to know how to respond.
