TD Bank transaction updates

I am not getting updates for my TD Bank accounts. I reached out to Quicken support and was told that the problem was a Quicken issue and that they are working on it. My last update via Quicken for TD was on 2/24/2024. This seems like a long time to resolve the issue. Anyone else having this issue?

I took the liberty of reviewing your account and can see that you are receiving an internal FDP-181(CC-581) error.
