MidFlorida Credit Union CC-502 Persistent Error 2025 Update
As of 3/9/2025 the CC-502 error is still a problem for MidFlorida customers who want to connect their accounts for automatic updates. Outside of manually logging transactions, which is tedious, there is no workaround or significant movement from Quicken to resolve this issue.
Research and a conversation with Quicken support says that this error is due to a coding problem that was being looked into back in October of 2024. I am curious as to why this is still an issue.
Anyone with any other news or updates? Thank you in advance.
Mods, please don't supply us with this support page: Douglas says… It does not fix this error nor is it helpful in any meaningful way.
UPDATE: On 2/4/2025 I had a mod tell me to report the problem with screenshots. I did this and the conversation was closed with no updates from support or the mod. It appears Quicken does not care about this problem or any customers doing business with MidFlorida Credit Union. Which is interesting because a lot of members of MFCU I know (including myself) are Fidelity Investments customers as well which are a big sponsor for Quicken. I hope we can figure this out soon. At least tell us outright that Quicken will no longer support MFCU instead of keeping us in limbo.

Agreed, no response or update on this issue is concerning. Ive previously sent the same information in and have gotten no response and just close down the ticket.

No offense I have spent countless hours addressing the issue over the last 6 months. Quicken support is a joke.
