    Hello @Greg Brown,

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. I went ahead and reviewed the internal error that you are receiving with your Bank Of America - Health Accounts and can confirm that it is an FDP-102 (CC-502), which is the same error located in the message that you received within the application.

    A CC-502 error is caused by maintenance on the bank's servers that Quicken uses to download transactions. I suggest following the instructions below in an attempt to resolve this issue, it is recommended to save a backup before proceeding. You can find these instructions and more information in this Support Article.

    1. Open the transaction register for the account with the error message.
    2. Click the Gear Icon in the upper right of the register and select Update Now.
    1. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
    2. Repeat these steps for each account with this error.

    If refreshing your accounts does not resolve the issue 

    Try waiting one business day. This error message is typically caused by maintenance on your bank's website. You can try updating again in a few hours or the next business day. If the issue still occurs after one business day, try the steps above again.

    the cc-502 occurred after three attempts to add the account. The first two attempts ended in an error that said it wasn’t my fault and on the third attempt I got the 502 so the account is not activated I couldn’t add the account.
