Transactions not show up after importing QFX file (Citibank Premier Credit Card)

I have been downloading transactions from Citibank automatically for the past year. Today I noticed that the balance field was incorrect. I went back and noticed that some of the history had been erased (prior to June 2024). So I went to the Citibank website and downloaded the history manually and exported a QFX file. When I tried to upload it into Quicken, the import was successful but the historical transactions still do not appear. Why do the line items not appear?

Before downloading the QFX did you change the date range of transactions you were viewing on the Citi web site? It defaults to downloading only transactions since the last statement.
When I tried importing a QFX from Citi just now containing all of last year's transactions for one of my cards, all the transactions showed up but it didn't match any of them to existing transactions so I would have had to go through & eliminate the duplicates by hand.
