Make the check for stock splits optional

I update my brokerage activity each weekend. Whenever a new security is purchased, Quicken performs a price update and also runs though all of my holdings and reports a large number of "missing splits". My broker does pay attention to the splits, but the downloaded transactions must not be in the format that Quicken is expecting.

If I don't tell Quicken to ignore the "missing" splits, it can cause a big mess that takes a long time to untangle. I'd like to turn off the check if possible so that I can avoid having that occur.
