TIAA/CREF Brokerage "add account" not working

"Sorry we encountered an error. It's not your fault"
No error code. What does that mean?
It's happened multiple times over a few days now. Also tested on a new database.
So… what now?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community to let us know you're seeing this issue. When did you first notice this issue? Per our article on Not your fault errors, the recommended troubleshooting is to wait 24 hours and try again.
However, since a large number of Quicken for Mac users have also reported an issue with the connection (view the discussion by clicking here), please navigate to Help>Report a Problem and send a problem report with log files attached. This will allow us to check if you're being impacted by the same issue or not.
