Quicken Deluxe, version R61.21, Build: 27.1.61.21, Windows 10 Enterprise.
The last time it updated was March 10, 2025. When I click on update I am asked to enter my password as normal and it looks like it starts to update but after several minutes it goes into not responding. I have validated the file, and I have super validated the file. I have deactivated some of my credit cards and tried. When I look at my Quicken Cloud Account online it appears to be up to date with my Quicken desktop file. Any suggestions as to how to fix this issue? My next step is to call the Quicken help desk.
