I started folders to hold information that is 'family related' but not associated with my immediate family details. (ex: copies of trusts, medical decisions, etc. for other family members) When I place information into a FOLDER, that information then flows into MY family details. For example, when I look into the legal category of MY family, I see trusts from every family member I hold information for. I only want to see MY family details when I'm working the categories located above the folder section. I do not want information housed in folders to muddy my family's information. Is there a way to make the folders self contained? Information stored in a FOLDER only accessible by accessing the FOLDER?
