Kohls credit card online bill not downloading when statement is available

Have you received your new Kohl's card from Capital One? If so, set up your online account on the CapOne website. Kohl's has discontinued their credit card services and contracted it out to CapOne. I'm assuming that CapOne will also be providing the Kohl's statement .
