I have been getting an "Everything Else" category added to my budget reports with a bogus amount entered that screws up my report results. How to fix?

Everything Else is not listed in the budget categories? No way to remove!

One fix mentioned to uncheck the major category heading of the group of subs, which apparently works, but you lost your major category divisions in the process - not very helpful.
