The exchange currency rates are not updated.

I use Quicken Classic for Windows, version R61.21, and every time I do a one step update I get the error message " Unable to download the latest currency rates - try again later".

    I did a One Step Update, including Currency Exchange Rates, just now and had no problems with any download.

    I also did an Update from the Currency List, without error.

    SO, are the downloads from your banks/cards/etc coming in properly? How about security quotes?

    And, which specific Q product are you running? These days, they're ALL called "Quicken Classic", so that didn't tell us much. And I'm running R61.21 also.

    Just ran OSU myself. No problem with getting the exchange rate updates. So it's not the server.

    Is it possible that your network firewall is blocking outbound network connections by Quicken?

    How long have you had this problem?

    Thank you for your responses. I restarted my PC and Quicken. Validated my file, no errors.

    I did a one step update, all 11 accounts updated and all services ok, includingthe Exchange rates.

    This issue which I had experienced for several days has resolved itself.
