Unable to reset Wells Fargo account

I have been unable to update accounts using webconnect since March 17 2025 - Several institutions fail. I have restored backups, deactivate and reconnect accounts (Etrade, BMO, BoA, Verizon), but all the accounts at Wells Fargo keep failing. I have reconnected them all, but still do not update on One step update (they do not even show up in the list of accounts to update). - Did the renaming of the runtime.dat file but that did not help. THis is the latest message I get when trying to reset the webconnet for one of the accounts. - Very very very frustrating to the point that I wonder if I will ever be able to recover my account information and syn automatically.

Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. To clarify, Web Connect is a connection method with Quicken where you manually download a QFX file from your financial institution and import it into the Quicken program. Your description of the issue sounds more like you're using Express Web Connect. Which connection type are you using? For more information on connection types in Quicken, please see this article:
You can see the connection type you're currently using by navigating to Tools>Account List, click the Edit button next to the problem account, and click the Online Services tab.
