How much longer to fix CTP-3794?

Been over two years. Every time the credit score updates I get the same annoying error. We just ignoring all the people reporting this issue?

    Hello @Brian Medeiros,

    Thank you for letting us know you're still seeing this issue. When I check on CTP-3794, I can see that a fix was pushed that should have corrected the issue for everyone, and the CTP was closed as resolved.

    Just to confirm, is the issue you're seeing your mortgage reflecting as credit card debt in the credit score tool in Quicken for Windows?

    If that is the issue you're seeing, what date does it show your credit score was last refreshed? You should be able to see that near the top of the window when you click on credit score.
