Accounts not downloading

I am using Quicken Classic 8.1.1 on an iMac, os 15.3.2. About a week ago downloads for bank accounts and credit cards stopped working. My last downloads were on March 18. When I activate a download, the "little wheel" spins and spins for three or four minutes and then stops. nothing received. This is in addition to the Citi credit card which has not downloaded for the past six months.

    I have multiple Citi cards and have not had an issue downloading transactions for them. Are you connecting through Quicken Connect or Direct Connect? And which institution did you select? (I'm using Direct Connect, selecting "Citi Cards" as the financial institution.)

    @James R. Wilson Some quick troubleshooting steps to try, if you haven't already:

    • Restart your Mac. (It seems stupid, but it sometimes cures the most confounding problems.)
    • Relaunch Quicken and do File > Sign Out followed by File > Sign In. Sometimes Quicken needs a new authorization token but doesn't get it correctly or inform you, so this can sometimes solve connectivity issues.
