Cannot dis-associate CFG Bank

I am using Windows version of Quicken (subscription). I have made sure to be updated to latest version.
My financial institution CFG Bank recently overhauled their website. As such needed to reset the Quicken downloads. They described the best plan as to completely de-activate my account in Quicken, and re-do the Setup, which is fine.
My problem is: this: After de-activating, my Account Information still has "CFG Bank" in the financial institution spot. When I go to Online services, there is a Set-up button. But when I invoke that, it doesn't ask me for a financial institution; it proceeds like it already knows CFG Bank. I go through the process, but an error occurs at the end (CC-503). I suspect I want to start completely over
But when I go to Account Details: The financial institution is there. I can go up and blank it out (it is accessible). But I click OK; then go out and back into Edit, and "CFG Bank" is right back in there. I can't get rid of it.
This feels like I am not going to get a successful connection unless I am able to completely remove the financial institution, and re-select it?
Note, I have already tried "Validate and Repair file", that did not do anything.

Hello @davedonat,
We appreciate you reaching out to tell us about your issue!
Upon checking your account, I was able to confirm that you are receiving a FDP-103(CC-503) error internally.
Instead of reactivating through the Set up Now button in the Online Services tab, I suggest that you please try reactivating via the Add Account flow instead.
To reactivate through Add Account, navigate to Tools > Add Account..., search for your Financial Institution name, and follow the prompts to connect.
Once your account(s) have been found, be sure to link them to the existing account(s) you have already set up in Quicken.
Let us know how it goes!
