Can't get register to view

I inadvertently clicked on something and now I have a blank screen boxed off for Security - Shares - Prices / a lower box showing change for the day. I don't download anything. I manually enter all my data. I can't figure out how to get back to the register view. It is set for Complete not Simple. It is just on one account - other investment accounts are fine.
Thoughts??

Try TOOLS, Account List, click EDIT adjacent to the account name and under "Tracking Method" click "Complete".From your description, it sounds like "Simple" is currently checked.Sorry, I missed that you'd already answered that. Have you tried taking a backup and then Validating your Q data file?
Also, just for grins, try clicking Simple and then back to Complete … just to see if that does anything.

Yes - I tried that too. Nothing. I haven't restored a backup but I guess that it my only options. I back up frequently - so I'll have to go that route.
