Quicken Deluxe Won't Add Chase Checking

I go through the steps to add my Chase Checking to Quicken Deluxe and Chase links the account on their side, but when returned to Quicken Deluxe, I receive an error that the Chase sign in failed. I tried several times, and Chase confirms the link, but Quicken Deluxe continues to fail.

    We appreciate you taking the time to bring this issue to our attention!

    Upon reviewing your account internally, I do not see any internal errors occurring with Chase so we will need to gather some additional details to further investigate.

    1. When did you first notice this issue started?
    2. Is this a new Chase account you are trying to add to Quicken or an existing account you already have set up in Quicken that you are trying to link?
    3. Are you using any VPN or firewall settings that may be interfering with the connection?
    4. Have you recently installed any Quicken updates that may have coincided with the issue occurring?
    5. Where is your Quicken data file currently stored? Is it saved on your local hard drive ( C: drive), an external drive or cloud-synced folder (such as Dropbox, OneDrive, or Google Drive), or a network location? Storing the file in an external, cloud-synced, or network location can sometimes cause connectivity or corruption issues.
    6. Last, could you please provide your log files by submitting a Problem Report so we can look internally as well? To do so, please navigate to Help > Report a problem. image.png
