Cannot rename payee, just for one account

Question

I'm consolidating payees. I run the itemized payees report, right click on what I want to consolidate, and select 'rename payees.'

However, I have an investment account I'm making payments from. When I right click on payments from that account, I do not get the option to 'rename payees.'

Any idea how to manage this issue?

Thanks for the suggestion, It is a bit laborious but seems to work!

It is not as convenient as the Itemized Payees report, but if you go to Edit > Find/Replace I think you can search for the Payee you want to change and change it even in investing accounts.
