Issues signing into Desktop

This is a new issue for me. I was using desktop fine. However, two days ago, when launching desktop it would divert me to sign in using Quicken ID and password. No ability for me to override this. I tried to do so and it indicated incorrect id and/or password. I know the combo is correct as I can logon to Quicken.com with info. I tried resetting password, clearing the cache and uninstall and reinstall desktop. Still no success.

I did recently migrate my quicken data file to a new computer I purchased. However, I was able to use desktop successfully after migration as discussed above.

Any suggestions on how to remedy my situation are appreciated.

    You might want to try doing the following: Edit > Preferences > Quicken ID & Cloud Account > Sign in as a different user > follow the prompts to sign out > when prompted, sign in with your CURRENT Quicken ID and PW.
