I'm having trouble updating my Firstbank CO accounts

I have five accounts that all were able to update no problem until recently. Now, every time I try to update my Quicken Classic it gives me the error message: OL-220-A. Tech support on Firstbank's end has zero ideas on how to fix this. Ideas?

After reviewing your account, we didn’t find any internal errors. Could you confirm if you’re using Direct Connect as your connection method?
