Quicken Authentication with SEI Investing is Failing

I am new to SEI investing, and I am trying to connect the account. I see that they have added the "login.sei-connect.com" financial institution. I can login to the site manually using my credentials, however, Quicken gives me an error when I try to connect through Quicken.

    Hello @RobGonzalez,

Thank you for letting us know you're having trouble connecting with SEI. When I check on that connection option, I can see it is Direct Connect. You may be getting the invalid credentials error because additional authorization is required through the financial institution. Have you checked their website for any sort of 3rd party application authorization, or reached out to their tech support for assistance?

I look forward to your reply!

    Hello @RobGonzalez,

I haven't seen a response from you. Do you still require assistance?

    Thank you!

I'm currently experience this exact same issue. Normally when logging into their site it requires a phone txt msg confirmation, but that doesn't occur when trying to add the account. There is no option on their site to authorize the quicken application (like there was on the old SEI Access My Portfolio site.)

    Hello @epilatow,

Thank you for letting us know you're also seeing this issue. To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide more information. I can see there are multiple connection options for SEI. Which one(s) did you try?

When I check on our end, I can see you got a FDP-102 (timeout error) when you tried to connect to SEI Client Connect. Is that what you saw on your end as well?

Did you try connecting to any of the other options? If so, what happened? Did you see any error messages/codes?

I look forward to your response!
