Bank Updating Receives CC-501 Error

Quicken Windows Subscription Member

I have been receiving this error message when I attempt to update my bank accounts. The same bank account. All other updating still works. When I attempt to reset the account, the account(s) I am attempt to reset is not found at bank however I know they exist. I then receive the "Account xxxx was not found at (name of bank). You should disable this account from One Step Update".

This started may a week ago.

Bank name is Community 1st Credit Union

    Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this problem. To help troubleshoot this issue, since you mentioned it's been going on for maybe a week, please provide more information. What is the exact CC-501 error message you are seeing when you try to update the accounts?

    Please navigate to Help>Report a Problem and send us a problem report with log files attached.

    Sending us the log files will allow us to find more information on the error you're encountering.

    I reviewed the logs and can see an error code QCS-0409. To troubleshoot this error, please log out of your Quicken program, then log back in.

    To do this, please navigate to Edit>Preferences>Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts. Click the blue Sign in as a different user link.

    In the confirmation window that comes up, type "yes", then click the Sign Out button.

    Once Quicken finishes logging you out, it should bring you back to the login screen. Log into your Quicken and test to see if the issue is resolved.

    Unfortunately no change. Still unable to update specific account.

    This bank I had a few different accounts that was updating and only 1 of them would not update. I removed the connections for all accounts and re-added them and so far it seems to be working.
