Synchrony Lowe's Downloads Fail cc-503

Is there a fix for not being able to download transactions for the Lowe's Consumer Credit Card from Synchrony Bank?

From what I can tell, I believe the issue is related to the fact that lowes.syf.com takes you to a landing page (lowes.com/l/Credit) where the user then must select 'MyLowe's Rewards Credit Card', which then redirects to different page (www.synchrony.com/accounts/?client=lowes) and then redirects again to lowes.syf.com with a token. My guess is that Quicken is trying to login at the first landing page which doesn't have my credentials.

I've seen other posts about this issue and they're all closed but with no resolution. Does anyone have a clue when this will be fixed?

    We appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention!

    Upon reviewing your account, I see you're receiving a CP_SERVER_ERROR as well as an FDP-103 internal error which typically presents itself as a CC-503 error in-product. Have you reviewed and followed the instructions found in this support article regarding CC-503 yet? Please confirm.

    Hi Anja,

    I have followed all of the steps. I also chatted with Q Support. No luck getting reconnected. I called Synchrony and they said there is a known issue with downloading trans to Q. They said to get added to the open ticket that Q Support is working on so that I get notified when it gets fixed. Unfortunately she didn't have the ticket # to give me. Are you aware of this open ticket?
