How to get back to "hidden" register view

Latest version of Quicken for Mac

When I am working with reports, I am unable to get back to register view.  I close the report and quicken is still active but all views are hidden.  I have to close quicken and restart to get back to register view.  Is there a shortcut key or action to bring the register view back to the foreground?

If the window is merely hidden or minimized then you can right click (or Control-click) the dock icon for Quicken, select Show All Windows, and then click on the main Quicken window when it is displayed. This doesn't work if it the window was closed, but I don't know how that would happen just from viewing a report.

If all the Quicken windows are closed but the file is still open you can simply click on the dock icon to bring back the main window.

Yup, there's an easy shortcut: Command-1 opens the main window. (Or pull down the Window menu to the name of your Quicken file — below Bring All to Front and above Capital Gains Estimator.)
