I have tried many times to update my Quicken Classic-Deluxe on my MacBook but keep getting the Care Code FDP-105. When is the update going to be available?

@Charles Behl Can you clarify what you're trying to do? I thought at first you were Are you trying to update the Quicken program to a new version, but the FDP-105 error seems to indicate that you are trying to download transactions from one or more financial institutions. The FDP-105 error comes up during downloading transactions when Quicken is unable to connect to the financial institution. Usually this is because the financial institution is temporarily blocking Quicken's access. What financial institution(s) are you trying to download from?

I am trying to download the new Quicken update with my Home Depot Consumer Credit Card through CitiBank. I am working though my Safari base on my MacBook Air. I've tried many times but keep getting the FDP-105 code. FI_WEBSITE_UNAVAILABLE. Going crazy and don't who to blame: Quicken, CitiBank, my bank or my MacBook. HELP

Citi is making back-end changes to some of their branded store cards, I wouldn't be surprised if this was related to that. It appears to be a known issue.

@Charles Behl I'm sorry I am still not sure I understand. You said "I am trying to download the new Quicken update", and I asked if you were referring to an update to the Quicken Mac program or to downloading transactions from your credit card. It seems like the latter, but I'm still not sure why you are referring to this as "the new Quicken update." Then you said you are using Safari, the web browser. Are you accessing Quicken on the Web (the web interface)? Are you not using the Quicken Mac program installed on your MacBook Air? (Do you even have the program installed on your MacBook Air?)

As for the Home Depot credit card, which is run by Citibank, it is a known issue that Citi is making changes to the websites for their credit cards, resulting in a cutoff of Quicken access this past week. My suggestion is to wait a bit until Citi restores access for Quicken.
