Downloading from Target Err cc501

I now cannot download via express from Target National Bank, error says its a Quicken issue and do not contact Target. I have been trying for a week now and it still does not go through just get 501 error. I have tried to reset up cant deactivate cause now not active

Also tried to do all the things the chat said
