Reauthorization of Citibank Cards -Home Depot Retail
I received a reauthorization request for Home Depot cards. Followed the prompts, shows successful on Citibank end, returns to Quicken and notified it failed. I cannot update my accounts. First attempts 3/28/25, second attempts 3/29/25.

This is all related to Citi Retail Services CCs being migrated from the EWC download connection to EWC+ connection. See the Announcement about this with a list of all the CCs that are involved:

When I have talked to tech support they were saying to contact Citibank - that really goes no where as Citibank keeps shuffling you around. Citi Retail Services (branded cards) says you need Citi Cards and CitiCard says is is Best Buy card. While on chat with Quicken, they finally posted it was an issue. I have been having the issue since mid-March

Still unable to connect to Home Depot Credit Card. When trying to download transactions manually, there is no longer an option for Quicken format. What is the status of the update noted above?
