Chase connection issues

Starting yesterday, each time I try to update my Chase accounts, I get the following error:
"Chase is reporting connection issues"
"Connections are blocked from $scheduleStartDate $scheduleStartTime PDT to $scheduleEndDate $scheduleEndTime PDT. You'll be able to reconnect after this time."
Please help me figure out why this is happening. I need to update my Chase accounts!
Edit: I can log on to my Chase account using the Chase app on my phone or the browser on my Windows laptop with no problem.

Hello @smbschrader,
Thanks for reaching out!
This is a known issue that has been reported, our teams are looking into this and working on getting it resolved. However, our development team also believes that this is a problem in the runtime.dat file, and recommends the following steps below to correct this issue.
First, please run One Step Update. If the issue persists, follow these steps:
1. Rename the runtime.dat file found at C:\ProgramData\Quicken\Inet\FILENAME\. (For example, add a 1 at the start of the file name, so that it reads 1runtime.dat.)
2. Run a One Step Update (OSU) again to confirm the issue is resolved.
Note - The Program Data folder is hidden by default. If you need instructions on unhiding the folder, you can find instructions on Microsoft's support site.
Please let me know how it goes!

I had the same problem and the runtime.dat solution worked immediately for me.

Same problem ths last few days and this fixed it for me as well. Also, despite One Step Update successfully updating two Fidelity accounts, the Fidelity logins haven't shown up on the Summary page in quite a while. Not a problem as clearly transactions were updating, but this forcing a new runtime.dat also fixed that problem, and now both Fidelity logins show up in the Summary.
